Management Accountant

Milton Keynes - Rural Location you must drive (hybrid)

£50,000 - £55,000 per annum

If yes then this is the role for you, we are currently exclusively recruiting for a membership organisation that is looking to bring a Management Accountant into their established team. This role is the main finance head and will be fully responsible for the finances start to finish, this role isnt purely finances and does have other office management responsibilities.

So what would your responsibilities be? 

  • Prepayments & accruals, Sales & purchase ledger
  • Bank reconciliation, fixed asset register & VAT returns
  • Bank transfers & payment runs
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Monthly payroll & company pensions
  • Assisting with stock takes
  • Audit prep & management
  • General customer service 
  • General administration

But what experience & qualifications do you need?

  • Recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) but QBE would be considered
  • Experience in a multi-skilled accountant position
  • Experience with partial VAT exemption is highly desirable 
  • Sage experience is desirable
