Management Accountant

We are seeking a diligent and analytical Management Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance department. This role is vital in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as providing essential financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Description

The Management Accountant will;

• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Conducting financial analysis to aid business decision-making
• Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Contributing to the development of internal financial controls and procedures
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters
• Assisting with audit preparations
• Ad-hoc financial duties as required

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, AAT or equivalent)
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
