Morgan McKinley is pleased to be supporting our Oxford based client on the recruitment for a Management Accountant. This Management Accountant role offers the right candidate the opportunity to join a startup business at an incredibly exciting time.

This Management Accountant role offers growth and succession planning whilst working closely with the Finance team and the wider organisation.

The role includes but not limited to, (and most certainly welcomes the employee to grow the position further):
  • Preparation of month end management accounts
  • Maintaining efficient processes and procedures
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Business partnering

The ideal candidate experience:
  • Open on qualifications
  • Good systems knowledge
  • Strong excel skills
  • Organised and logical thinker
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders
