Our client, a pioneering independent advertising agency are looking for a Management Accountant to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in management accounts and revenue, particularly within an agency setting. You will be responsible for managing the financial performance of four UK operating companies, working closely with the Financial Controller and a team of Finance Business Partners. • Producing monthly management accounts.
• Supporting income recognition processes.
• Overseeing overhead reconciliation.
• Collaborating with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Engaging in financial forecasting and analysis to aid strategic planning.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial presentations for stakeholder meetings.

• Proven experience in management accounting, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
