Our client, a prominent figure in the Apprenticeships sector, is searching for an experienced and dedicated Management Skills Apprenticeship Coach to complement their growing team. This role offers the unique opportunity to guide and develop apprentices through Level 5 Management qualifications, playing a pivotal part in shaping their future careers through expert coaching and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentoring and supporting apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey
  • Conducting regular reviews and setting targets to ensure the progress and success of apprentices
  • Providing administrative support and ensuring all apprenticeship documentation is up-to-date and compliant with standards
  • Developing learning materials and resources tailored to apprentice needs
  • Assessing the work of apprentices and providing constructive feedback
  • Maintaining strong relationships with businesses and other stakeholders involved in apprenticeships
Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Trainer/Assessor maintaining caseloads of at least 40 learners
  • Occupational competency to deliver Level 5 Management
  • Experience working with public and private sector levy clients
  • Ability to mentor, coach and inspire Management professionals
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility to travel to London once a week

Candidates need to be based in or around London for a reasonable commute and all expenses will be covered.
