We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious Management Trainee to join our team within Lovell’s East Anglia region, based at our Norwich office, working between our Commercial, Operations, and Technical departments of the business.

As part of our structured trainee programme, you’ll undertake a structured training programme of work-placements, further education and management skills, designed to fuel the growth of the company by providing a stream of talent into junior management positions.

You’ll find your real strengths and will choose the management direction you really want to take, be it operations, technical or commercial. With Lovell, you can earn and learn as you experience all elements of the business to help you choose your specialism. With the ultimate goal of being fully qualified in your chosen discipline.

Candidates will hold a minimum of 2 A Levels at C or above, or equivalent alternative qualification. Excellent communications skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to working with different teams and disciplines.

Above all, you’ll be enthusiastic with the drive to learn and the ambition to build and progress your career with Lovell.
