Internal Communications Manager - Integration

Description
In recent years Davies has grown exponentially and completed numerous acquisitions around the world. We're looking for an Internal Communications Manager to run our internal communication & employee engagement initiatives for business divisions within our UK & Ireland and Global Solutions division at various stages of their integration with Davies.

Successful integration is an essential part of our growth strategy, and as the internal communications manager for integration projects, you'll work closely with business leaders and integration teams across numerous functions including, HR, IT, Compliance and transformation to develop internal communications programs that engage colleagues and help to ensure a smooth integration process to Davies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with leadership, transformation and integration teams from functions including HR, IT, Compliance, Finance, Information Security and advise on strategic internal communications initiatives.
  • Create, implement, deliver and manage a proactive internal communications programme tailored to our integration plans.
  • Ensure communications supporting integrations are in line with integration objectives and ensure the communications activities are planned, scheduled & executed accordingly.
  • Identify and advise the most effective way to deliver messaging through a variety of communication channels including the employee intranet, newsletters, emails, webinars, video, podcasts, townhalls and internal notice boards & posters.
  • Write & develop engaging & exciting communications, with clear call to actions that drive the integration objectives.
  • Work closely with our transformation team to ensure all integration communication is communicated effectively and in an easy to digest way.
  • Work with divisional internal communications teammates to ensure integration updates are included in firm-wide relevant newsletters, leadership townhalls, and other regular employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate and work with communication peers across the corporate communications team to ensure the integration communications plan incorporates Group messaging and communications.
  • Tailor, develop, plan and edit content for acquired audiences, including employee FAQs, how-to guides and other supporting materials.
  • Deliver monthly reports to the leadership team on activities executed & planned.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Degree level education or equivalent level experience
  • Prior experience in an Internal Communications role focussed on transformation/integration is a must
  • Ability to advice and influence stakeholders of all levels
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with a talent for making complex matters easily digestible
  • Experience using intranet and other online internal communications tools
