A position is available for a enthusiastic and experienced care home manager leading a team of excellent carers and looking after up to to 42 people with different needs.

The home is well established, all 42 rooms have en-suite facilities and systems are in place to enable the home to run smoothly.

A good knowledge of the relevant regulations underpins this position.

This position demands a candidate who is willing to make commitment and has an enquiring outlook which will enable the home to keep progressing and improving on it's performance.

The successful candidate should have a nursing or management qualification.

The home is on the beautiful Isle of Wight, help can be given to organise accommodation.
