Our client, a key player in the General Insurance sector, is looking for a dynamic Managing Director to spearhead their specialist division. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker to guide commercial and operational excellence, ensuring top-notch service delivery to clients.

Location: UK Remote working

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee specialist divisions within Property, Motor and Financial Lines. You will hold a UK role for the business and consolidate and enhance the performance of disciplines by way of collaboration, acquisition and driving super performance to be market leaders.

As Managing Director, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO's strategic vision. You will analyse market trends, leverage performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities, ensuring profitable revenue streams. Your expertise will be vital in guiding the onboarding process for new acquisitions and leading cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, HR, and Compliance, to achieve operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in business integration and senior management within the general insurance industry, with a track record of leading diverse teams.

Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships at all levels.
Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the SM&CR regime and regulatory frameworks.
