Managing Fund Finance Associate / Of Counsel

We seek a Managing Associate or Of Counsel with 6+ years PQE, specializing in funds finance, including capital call, hybrid, general partner, management fee, co-invest, and NAV/asset-backed facilities.

Ideal candidates will have experience with fund structures and partnership documents, working within an international or leading regional firm, and handling transactions for both lenders and sponsors/borrowers.

Key Requirements:
