Managing Quantity Surveyor – Dorchester
Are you an experienced Commercial Lead looking for a new opportunity? A leading construction main contractor is seeking a Commercial Lead to join their team on a permanent basis. As the Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring successful financial completion and protecting the company from financial risks. Responsibilities:
  • Tendering and Pre-Contract Activities
  • Start Up of New Projects
  • Procurement
  • Applications for Payment and Invoicing
  • Cost Control
  • Accounting and Reporting
  • Risk and Opportunity Management
  • Subcontract Administration
  • Manage the close out of projects
Skills:
  • Experience in a similar role with a tier one contractor
  • P22 Framework experience required
  • NEC3 Contract experience
  • BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Professional Institution Membership - preferred working to or achieved MRICS
  • CSCS
  • Relevant driving licence
