Mandarin Speaker - Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for a brand. This is a critical role that requires extensive expertise in brand building, integrated marketing campaigns, and audience engagement. The successful candidate will drive the comprehensive promotion and early-stage growth of a new brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop the overall brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity in alignment with business objectives

- Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to introduce the new brand to target customers

- Oversee the production of all brand assets and marketing collateral (e.g. website, digital ads, social media)

- Manage the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across various touchpoints

- Analyze audience data, customer insights, and campaign performance to continuously optimize marketing efforts

- Establish and track key brand and marketing metrics to measure the success of launch initiatives

- Proactively identify opportunities to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

- 4+ years of experience in marketing roles

- Proven track record of successfully launching new brands and driving early-stage growth

- Exceptional strategic thinking and storytelling abilities to position the brand effectively

- Proficient in developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns

- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance and ROI

- Highly collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally

- Adaptable, innovative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all level
