Title: Mandarin speaking property marketing executive
Language needed : Fluent Mandarin and English
Working hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm (fully onsite)
Location: Central London
Salary : £25,000 - £35,000 approx. with bonus (salary will depend on the seniority of the experience)

Role Summary: Our client is a global real estate firm with offices in London, Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. They provide professional services and world-class knowledge to global investors. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies for property portfolio. Working closely with international clients, you will utilize your language skills and marketing expertise to create compelling campaigns, drive brand awareness, and attract potential investors.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property projects in Mandarin-speaking markets.
  • Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify target demographics and optimise marketing efforts.
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams in other offices in China.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENT

  • Property marketing experience is essential, preferably working with property agency
  • Understanding of UK property market
  • Fluent English and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and platforms, especially in Chinese social media marketing such as the Little Red Book and WeChat
