The Role: As a New Homes Sales Negotiator, you will:

  • Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about our developments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Generate leads and implement effective sales strategies to exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on sales campaigns and events.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.

The Person:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in luxury retail or similar high-end environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable:

  • Previous property sales experience is a plus but not required.
