Job Title: Experienced Manual Grinder

Location: Newcastle

Salary: Starting from £30,000 per annum

Shifts: Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Manual Grinder to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual grinding, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manual grinding machines to shape and finish materials to specified dimensions and quality standards.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
• Perform routine maintenance on grinding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Manual Grinder in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of grinding techniques and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
