Manufacturing Accountant

An accountant with experience working within the manufacturing sector is sought for our client in West Leeds due to continued growth.

The role would suit a nearly or newly qualified accountant who can take ownership of the production of management accounts for one site whilst reporting into the Head of Finance.

Main duties of the role:

• Responsibility for the production of management accounts for one site
• Cost accounting - accounting for direct costs, overhead costs, job order costing and process costing
• Standard costing and variance analysis
• Reporting on KPIs
• Reporting on break even and margin analysis
• Overseeing and ensuring accuracy of purchase and sales ledger

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000
