Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer, looking for a new opportunity to work with a World Leading business based in Heanor Derbyshire. As a Manufacturing Engineer you will have experience of driving and delivering change, analysing production data as well as implementing new processes within the shop floor. Offering a salary of £50K dependant on experience + amazing benefits package which includes an up to 10% matched pension and company bonus

The Role:

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be working alongside a team of 4 Engineers.

Analysing data from both the machinery and the material properties, looking for changes and ways to improve

Driving and Delivering change within a shop floor environment

Being a key driver in process improvements

Leading small project teams

Route cause analysis with the Quality department

Work with different departments within the manufacturing business

The Person:

Experience as a Production Engineer / Process Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer from a Manufacturing background

Ability to communicate effectively with peers as well as other departments and the senior leadership team

Experience of working with the shop floor when implementing new processes, new operating procedures and whilst analysing machinery data.

Team player

Experience over qualification preferred - both would be great!
