This manufacturing organisation has an international presence, while maintaining an SME feel to the production facility. You will be working in an environment that allows you to develop your engineering skills, on unique projects working with world-renowned customers.
Your new role
In your new position as Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for leading all production engineering activities across site, ensuring processes, cost, quality and safety targets are all adhered to. Alongside this, you will be tasked with implementing improvement initiatives and utilising continuous improvement techniques to enhance site efficiencies.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this Manufacturing Engineer role, you will have had previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment, in an improvement-based engineering position. Ideally, you will possess an engineering qualification coupled with competency around various lean manufacturing principles in theory and practically.
What you'll get in return
