Due to continued growth and securing new contracts, my client is looking for a manufacturing engineer to join the team, working out of their state of the art facility near Chelmsford. The successful applicant will be a key problem solver within the production team and will play a vital role in developing CNC programmes for the production site and driving manufacturing process campaigns. You will affect overall manufacturing efficiency, driving continuous improvement across the business, working with production engineers and staff to optimize machining processes.

The Role:
*Manage the design and build of fixtures, jigs and new processes
*40 hour working week, flexible working hours
*Lead new manufacturing process campaigns

The Candidate
*Experience within a CNC/Precision Engineering/Machining environment
*CAD/CAM programming and Siemens NX experience
*A commutable distance to Chelmsford
