Claims Manager (Marine & Aviation)

I'm currently working with a Global Carrier on the appointment of a Claims Manager for their Marine and Aviation team in London. The role will be accountable for the management and mentorship of a team of adjusters.

The role will be hands on, taking the lead in negotiating claims and managing claims reserves. The Claims Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and outsourced service providers, and TPAs.

It's essential you have exposure to Marine and/or Aviation claims, with the workload being evenly split in the team. Experience in an official management capacity is preferred, but we would be open to those who have mentored teams and are looking for that next step up.
