Our client, a creative, digital, and design marketing agency based in Sunderland, is looking to expand its Client Services Team with an ambitious and motivated Account Executive.

As an Account Executive, you will report to the Account Director and join a team that is small enough to offer full autonomy, yet large enough to work on internationally significant projects.

Role responsibilities:
  • Progressing projects to ensure deadlines are met within budget, supporting the team in achieving departmental objectives.
  • Developing effective liaison skills with clients, internal personnel, and third parties.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and supporting personnel to ensure all elements of a project are effectively executed from concept to final completion, in conjunction with Senior Account Managers and Account Managers.
  • Contributing to the development of accurate cost estimates, creative briefs, managing rounds of feedback and amendments, proof reading, and liaising with production/design personnel and suppliers.
  • Establishing a good base knowledge of all services offered by the agency following training.
Skills and experience:
  • Education to a graduate/degree standard in a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a related field (customer service or marketing).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail for proofing, and ability to meet deadlines and estimate costs accurately.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well as part of a growing team.
  • High standard of oral and written English with excellent communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Computer literacy with main MS Office software.
  • Good financial and commercial awareness.
Desirable Experience and Qualifications
  • A strong awareness and aptitude for marketing.
  • Digital savvy (e.g., websites, email, social media, video, animation).
