A rare opportunity has arisen to take over the role of Marketing and Communications for our thriving client based in Hoddesdon. The Marketing and Communications Manager is a busy and far-reaching role that encompasses all activities related to marketing, PR, website design and management, social media, SEO, PPC, and Advertising as well as assisting the CEO with product development and various other tasks.

Our client offers a competitive salary depending on experience and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team. The core office hours are 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday. This is an o?ce-based role with the possibility of some WFH days available in the future.

The ideal candidate should be a creative, hard-working and organised individual who has as many of the skills listed below as possible and proven experience working in Marketing for an e- commerce brand. This role involves creating and delivering an e?ective Marketing strategy that ultimately results in a year-on-year revenue growth for the brand. You should have a good understanding of the key systems listed below as well as the technical integration between them all as you will work autonomously and be expected to troubleshoot and deal with any issues that arise.

Essential Skills:

• Confident with Mac
• Copywriting - SEO optimised
• Experience development and delivery of Marketing strategy.
• Experience with Email Marketing, user segmentation and tracking.
• Good understanding of technical SEO
• Systems integration and how services connect i.e. Shopify to stock CRM to ShipStation to Quickbooks
• Graphic Design experience for email and print advertising/physical media
