Do you want to play a key role in delivering our marketing, communications and engagement strategy? 

In this newly created role, you will support a wide range of activities across both internal and external customers, stakeholders and the broader public.


Your key responsibilties will include

  • Supporting the Communications and Marketing Lead to deliver the organisation’s marketing, communications and engagement strategy.
  • Create engaging content for a variety of internal and external communications, including our intranet, email campaigns, website, social and digital channels, print, and blog.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to increase engagement and develop content for the regular programme of internal and external communications.
  • Support key communication projects and change initiatives.
  • Help to build and maintain a content calendar that supports the delivery of multiple streams of content and events across all channels and audiences.
  • Assist with the planning, promotion, and delivery of events including the quarterly Managers Conference, Annual Awards Event, colleague engagement activities, Big Thank You Day, and additional external events. 
  • Maintain consistency with brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all communications, following our brand guidelines and ensure Bright Future’s values and behaviours are embedded to bring them to life.
  • Create and manage engaging content across various media platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns, to support communication goals.
  • Undertake any other marketing or communications-related duties that support the success of the Development Team and the organisation’s wider goals.

You will be;

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline including Marketing, Communications, Advertising.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar marketing/communications role.
  • Experience in managing social media and creating content for different platforms.
  • Competent in using digital tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Proactively seeks information from a wide variety of teams to increase clarity, build new insights and recognise opportunities.
  • Experience with using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems is preferred but not essential.
