Are you a Marketing and Social Media Manager looking to join a dedicated, ambitious, and like-minded team of creatives?  Are you someone who can think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table? If so, this could be the role for you!

This role is to join an exciting and growing agency called Property Branding who have built an impressive reputation within the property industry. They work with dynamic property entrepreneurs and growth-focused development companies who are looking for ways to raise investor finance, brand their businesses and attract the right type of stakeholder.

You'll be responsible for being client-facing, which entails capturing content and managing a selection of clients social media accounts. You'll also be in-house and managing Property Branding's own social media presence and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Capture video content on-site and off-site (must be able to drive)
  • Editing video to produce reels, adding visual effects
  • Producing email campaigns for Property Branding
  • Write regular blogs for Property Branding
  • Create and publish engaging social media content ( including graphics and videos)
  • Copywrite captions to grab attention and gain the interest of followers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Analyse and report on social media performance.
  • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide recommendations for improving our social media presence based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of industry experience (marketing agency preference)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms
  • Copywriting skills
  • Ability to create blogs and newsletters
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
  • Proficient in visual or graphic design and video editing
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinker

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in either or all:  Social media management, Digital marketing, Video editing
