A Finance Company delivering bespoke wealth management solutions to our high-net-worth and business owner clients. Specialising in pensions, investments, tax efficiency, and protection strategies.
Their approach is client-centric, ensuring that each client and their family receives personalised and holistic financial advice for life. The company are currently in an exciting growth phase, with a rebrand and the launch of a new website on the horizon that the new hire will support the Head of Marketing with.

Marketing Assistant role overview:
The company are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join the team.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in financial services, or in a similar regulated environment. The successful candidate will support wealth advisers in client acquisition through various marketing and event management activities, while gaining experience in a breadth of marketing functions.

Marketing Assistant key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute various events such as networking and educational sessions for business owners, golf days, and regular B2B presentations/webinars with the objective of acquiring high-earning clients from their employee base.
  • Assist in servicing our existing client base by providing market updates and educational content.
  • Help the wealth advisers in both acquiring new clients and generating business from existing clients.
  • Have a good understanding of data and fundamental excel skills are required to segment our client base effectively for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content for various channels including newsletters, social media, collateral and search optimised content for the upcoming new website.
  • Contribute to the company’s rebrand efforts and the development of the new website.
  • Assist the running of multi-channel campaigns, planning, managing and reporting


Marketing Assistant Requirements

  • Proven experience of at least two years marketing in financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Experience with high-net-worth clients is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and manage successful events.
  • Proficient in data analysis and client segmentation.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that will help you collaborate with the rest of the marketing team and wealth advisers you support.
  • Comfortable with using marketing tools and platforms, and keen on learning new technologies and channels. Salesforce experience would be a bonus.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This is a fast-paced environment so the ability to multitask and manage multiple functions simultaneously is essential.

  • £25k salary + employer topped up pension contributions
