Are you passionate about marketing and looking to join a company who are looking for a Marketing Assistant to be able to bring ideas and enthusiasm to a team?

The Marketing Assistant position involves:

Be involved in all marketing efforts

Take full ownership of areas such data integrity, social media posting or having your own campaign or event to manage

Work with the Marketing Manager and Director in supporting the delivery of the marketing plan

Create content, publications or blog posts

Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

Manage administrative duties in the department such as direct mailings, custom requests for data and log ins, website updates, newsletters collation

Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions

Undertake additional ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as required

Be responsible for the creation and adaptation of written and creative content for specific social media, news stories and blogs

Take charge of proofing or reviewing the industry for trends and inspiration

The ideal Marketing Assistant will:

Have an excellent eye and attention to detail

Establish and maintain effective day to day relationships and communication

Want to be part of a fast-paced, proactive and growing team

Have a keen eye for detail and great time management skills

Appreciate the need for detail and data, these are two essentials

Can take direction and complete tasks within set parameters

Understand social media platforms, ChatGPT and AI would be beneficial
