Marketing Assistant
Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Location:Segensworth, 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
Our client provides bespoke wealth management solutions to high-net-worth and business owner clients. They specialize in pensions, investments, tax efficiency, and protection strategies, with a holistic and personalized approach.
Due to an exciting growth phase, with a rebrand and the launch of a new website shortly they are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the Head of Marketing. This role is ideal for someone with a background in financial services, or in a similar regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Plan and execute various events such as networking and educational sessions for business owners, golf days, and regular B2B presentations/webinars with the objective of acquiring high-earning clients from their employee base.
- Client Servicing & Education: Assist in servicing the existing client base by providing market updates and educational content.
- Support Wealth Advisers: Help wealth advisers in both acquiring new clients, and generating business from existing clients.
- Data Analysis & Segmentation: A good understanding of data and fundamental excel skills are required to segment the client base effectively for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Copywriting & Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content for various channels including newsletters, social media, collateral and search optimised content for the upcoming new website.
- Brand Development: Contribute to the company’s rebrand efforts and the development of their new website.
- Campaign Management: There are occasions where they run multi-channel campaigns so planning, managing and reporting on these will be an essential part of the role.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience of at least two years marketing in financial services or a similarly regulated environment. Experience with high-net-worth clients is highly desirable.
- Event Management: Demonstrated ability to plan and manage successful events.
- Data Skills: Proficient in data analysis and client segmentation.
- Content Creation: Exceptional copywriting skills.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that will help you collaborate with the rest of the marketing team and wealth advisers you support.
- TechSavvy: Comfortable with using marketing tools and platforms, and keen on learning new technologies and channels. Salesforce experience would be a bonus.
- Proactive & Organized: Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This is a fast-paced environment so the ability to multitask and manage multiple functions simultaneously is essential.
