Marketing Assistant - Lewis - Full time £ 25 - £27K Plus Competitive Company Bonus 40 hrs per week - Office based
Based on company performance paid twice yearly

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our busy Marketing Team.

A competitive salary package is available, including contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance, company laptop, phone, all required tools, and a minimum of 24 days holiday per annum. They offer a long service scheme with your holiday increasing to a maximum of 29 days per annum
Duties
Skills required
* Assist in drafting, proofing, and editing content across various marketing channels.
* Support the creation of content campaign reports and manage multi-party action targets.
* Collaborate with external creative agencies to enhance marketing efforts.
* Create and upload content to the company website and social media channels.
* Produce reports and analyse key metrics for digital campaigns.
* Contribute creative ideas to the annual planning process and support campaign planning.
* Conduct target audience research and develop relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Assist with general data management, including maintaining client databases and supporting ad hoc tasks.
Skills Required
* Experience as a Marketing Assistant or a Degree in Marketing
* Sound understanding of various social media platforms and digital marketing trends
* Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Excellent organisational, planning and coordinating skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent copywriting skills.
* Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
* Experience in using Google Analytics.
* Experience in exhibition organisation
* Proficiency in MS Office with ability to learn new systems
