The Business:
Working exclusively with a manufacturing business in the heart of the North East - this is a brand new position within the business designed to support the Marketing Manager.

This position offers excellent scope to learn and carve your career in B2B Marketing. You will be involved in all aspects of the marketing department, supported by the marketing manager to grow and develop your skills, autonomy and creative input. 

The Role:
•    Develop social media communications content, scheduling and engagement.
•    Take ownership of assigned projects within the marketing department through to completion.
•    Brochure development using InDesign to a high standard, adhering to brand visual guidelines.
•    Content creation, including photographs, videos, icons and presentations for various marketing channels.
•    Copywriting, producing effective and engaging written content for various marketing channels.
•    Utilise HubSpot Marketing CRM to manage customer data, create targeted campaigns based on customer data, track engagement metrics, and generate reports. 
•    Website management using Hubspot CMS to update content, create new pages, optimise user experience, and ensure optimal metadata and tags. 
•    Events and exhibition planning, including stand design, event promotions and administrative tasks. 

The Person:
•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
•    Or previous experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in B2B.
•    Strong organisational and project management skills.
•    A willingness to independently learn new skills, platforms and programmes.
•    Proactive and highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and take initiative in driving projects forward. 
•    Proficiency in InDesign is a MUST!
