Marketing & Business Development Executive

I'm partnering with an international law firm to assist in their hiring for their Paris office. My client are looking to bring aboard an experience Marketing and Business Development professional to support the european offices.

You'll be reporting into the European Business Development Manager and working directly with the partners across the firm.

Key Responsbilities

• Support the planning, delivery, analysis, reporting and follow up on a variety of targeted events such as seminars, webinars, workshops, receptions, third party speaking engagements and other client hospitality from brief stage through to live event.
• Project manage the Directory submissions and awards process for the European offices.
• Support on all the firm's marketing collateral for Europe.
• Create first draft documents and support the creation of specific content for pitch and credential documents.
• Support the BD Manager and European partners, the PR team on the coordination of PR activity.
• Work with the BD Manager and marketing communications team, help in the delivery of social and other digital media.

About you

• You will have two years relevant experience, ideally in a law firm or other professional services firm.
• You are fluent in French and English - German would also be useful.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Have the full right to work within France.
