Marketing Coordinator

Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation in their search for a Marketing Coordinator, working within financial services.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall brand management of our client
• Ensure branding guidelines are communicated to relevant stakeholders
• Conceptualise, scope, manage and deliver proactive campaigns
• Responsible for general content creation
• Identify additional materials required, compile all relevant copy
• Regulary review content to ensure it is reflective of current services and branding
• Creation, delivery and management of client facing assets, including websites, portals and automated templates
• Read, digest and present customer MI
• Attending events and conferences, responsible for all event materials, including banners, flyers, presentations and equipment
• Manage online engagement via channels such as LinkedIn

Experience/Skills:

• 1-2 years experience in a similar position
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in marketing materials
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
• Proficiency in using analytics tools and software to track marketing performance
• Experience in attending events
