We are looking for a talented Marketing Designer with a passion for print design and B2B marketing to join the design team of a successful, creative and well-established gifting and homewears business. This company have an impressive client list  which incluses almost all of the leading retailers both here in the UK and worldwide.

You will use your creativity and expertise to develop compelling marketing materials and implement innovative strategies that showcase the company's products across numerous channels.  You will be highly commericial and have an exccelent understanding of brand identity and consumer behaviour, as you will be creating marketing content tailored for a variety of customers and leading retailers. With your excellent design skills, digital marketing knowledge, and communication abilities, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's brand presence, driving sales performance.

Responsibilities for this Marketing Designer role:

  • Develop and deliver non-digital marketing activities including print marketing, catalogues, videos, logos, VM guides, promotions, POS, and other supporting materials
  • Build a comprehensive brand toolkit for all sales teams, to maximise sales
  • Proactively source and manage external creative material such as stock footage, photos, and content
  • Analyse brand positioning, prospects, and target customers, integrating findings into marketing tools and content
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to create range launch materials such as presentations, catalogues, adverts, and flyers
  • Produce interactive content to engage and update sales teams on product, processes, and marketing news
  • Support the design of brand web and social media content
  • Professionally collect and present customer feedback, analytics, and results to create compelling testimonials
  • Research market trends and competitors to inform the creation of innovative marketing tools, staying abreast of industry developments to ensure the company remains at the cutting edge of innovation
  • Manage the development and approval of advertising and promotional materials for digital and print publications
  • Collaborate with product development, visual merchandising, sales, and photography teams with creative marketing tools and presentations
  • Utilise project management tools to manage multiple simultaneous creative projects, tracking time and activity
  • Assist the Visual Merchandising team in delivering compelling sets, guides, and planograms for retail customers

Skills & experience required:

  • Excellent graphic design and illustration experience within a similar marketing role
  • Strong passion for print design, with experience in creating catalogues, brochures, and other print materials
  • Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and Microsoft Office,
  • Experience with Adobe Premier Pro or similar for video creation and editing a benefit
  • Highly creative with innovative ideas and a passion for promoting brand stories
  • Commercially aware with an understanding of market trends and opportunities
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills to articulate concepts clearly and effectively
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all marketing materials
  • Adaptive to changing project requirements and open to incorporating feedback and suggestions
  • Friendly persona with a flexible, can-do attitude, and a great team player!
