Marketing Executive - 12 Month FTC

Our globally established and highly recognised Client continues to be the market leader for the design, manufacture and supply of an extensive range of machine tool equipment. With a manufacturing operation in the UK and with direct activity across a range of sectors in the UK and European markets, they have a requirement for Marketing Executive on a 12-month fixed term basis.

Based on site in Worcester, the Marketing Executive will have well-rounded marketing skills and a developed expertise in core areas of Marketing ideally in a B2B environment. Working in a strong and talented team of Marketing Executives, you will support the day-to-day requirements of their European organisation.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced, driven, dynamic, positive, and proactive individual, who will be able to work on their own projects and with the wider team to deliver the marketing strategy.

Main Objectives

Your main objective in this role is to improve marketing performance to further grow our clients brand reputation and presence. Working with external agencies to implement marketing initiatives in collaboration with your team, product experts, sales teams and other stakeholders you will effectively manage events, campaigns, internal communications, PR and editorial, promotional materials, online activities, social media and more.

Main responsibilities

-    Develop complete marketing campaigns from concept to implementation

-    Produce creative content (including case studies, videos and SM/blog posts), develop and execute campaigns to support the content strategy

-    Manage, drive, or assist with the management of events, exhibitions and open houses (attendance will be required where relevant - UK/European).

-    Create lead-generating activities and track them through the CRM system

-    Sales support materials and tools development

-    Campaign analytics, marketing performance and ROI

-    Digital marketing and advertising (paid and owned)

-    Develop internal communications

-    Competitor analysis and monitoring

-    Support all other activities of the Marketing Team

Essential Skills

-    Experienced and effective in managing external agencies

-    Strong analytical and project management skills

-    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English

-    Attention to detail to edit and proofread content effectively

-    Creative flair and ability to brainstorm ideas

-    Experience of digital marketing and websites

-    Proficient at organisational and administrative tasks

-    Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office

Desirable

-    A degree in a marketing or business relevant subject

-    Experience of B2B products or services - ideally with technical products

-    Image and video editing skills

-    Google Analytics experience for reporting

-    Marketing automation software skills (Click Dimensions, HubSpot)

-    Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 experience

-    Adobe, Google AdWords and LinkedIn advertising
