£20.89 per hour - part time 3 days per week - 17.5 hours

Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a renowned further education institution based in East London. They are looking for a Marketing Executive, for an initial 3 months, to join their team on a part time basis.

Main Duties:

• Provide marketing support to the Creative Directorand lead for this project
• Work alongside the marketing team to create and execute a programme marketing strategy
• Lead on the design and delivery of programme comms
• Create and edit digital content for use across all online channels and associated print material
• Lead on the marketing/comms strategy to recruit project participants
• Responsible for the maintenance and content of social media channels and website
• Work with SMEs to monitor and understand ROI and best routes to market
• Work with external agencies where appropriate to support marketing and comms campaigns
• Support with the production of collateral including presentations for internal and external stakeholder

• Proficient technology and digital skills, including the ability to shoot and edit basic video footage
• Excellent communication skills to meet a range of needs from academics to external partners, University senior managers to fellow professional services colleagues.
• Ability to communicate with members of the public of all ages and understand the sensitivities required to work in community settings
• Proactive in navigating large and complex institutional structures.
