Marketing Executive

SRM Recruitment are working with a well-known brand looking to hire a Marketing Executive based at the Hemel Hempstead head office. The company invests heavily in their marketing team and are looking for someone who is both creative and analytical to join them and make their mark!

• Oversee seasonal campaigns from start to finish, developing detailed plans and briefs across various media including creative, PR, print, and digital, in partnership with in-house teams and external agencies
• Evaluate and analyse the effectiveness of marketing activities, including brand tracking surveys and analysis
• Collaborate with the Brand & Campaign Manager to execute the national marketing strategy and calendar, supporting campaigns, significant trading events initiatives etc.
• Support the launch of new initiatives at both national and local levels covering launches, rebrands etc
• Provide brand guidance to the wider marketing team and the business
• Support local teams with tactical marketing efforts aimed at customer attraction, engagement, and retention.
• Keeping accurate records of costs against projects to support ROI tracking

Candidate Profile:

• 2 years experience working as a Marketing Executive or similar position
• Experience in a diverse marketing role covering creative, media, PR, and social media
• Familiarity with content management systems
• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
