Role Overview:

As our Marketing Executive, you will be pivotal in the growth of our brand. You will oversee marketing and social media strategies for the company whilst managing and growing a small team and working with relevant third parties such as PR companies. You will present marketing innovative strategies to the board and contribute to our brand's growth. You will also have ample opportunity for professional growth as this company expands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to boost brand awareness.

- Social Media: Oversea content strategies and a manage a small team across social platforms

- Team Management: Lead and mentor a small marketing team.

- Board Presentations: Present marketing strategies and results to the board.

- PR Coordination: Liaise with PR companies to manage public relations activities.

Skills:

- Essential: Strong understanding of football and a keen interest in sports.

- Proven experience in marketing and social media strategy execution.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

- Experience working with PR companies.

Note: This position requires full-time in-office attendance in Dartford.
