Marketing Executive
Barnstaple location
Full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, and possibly every third Saturday with a day off in that week if working the Saturday.

We are working exclusively for our Award winning client, who has a busy estate agency and is seeking someone to join their proactive team. Customer service focused, this company has plans to expand, so this is an amazing opportunity to get on board and grow your future career. 
 
What will the responsibilities be of the Marketing Executive?
This role will be to support the Property Managers by going out to vendors properties with them, creating the video tours and site plans and any supporting paperwork, then overseeing and managing the social media links. You will need to be able to manage your own time constructively to ensure all properties are marketed to their best, keeping in mind the timeline of when they came on board with the company and be innovative in your approach to keeping their marketing fresh and relevant.
This role would also entail answering phone calls and enquiries to help the office run smoothly. 
 
What skills, experience and qualifications will the Marketing Executive need?
  • Demonstrable experience making videos and reels for social media campaigns across Facebook (Facebook Lives), Instagram and in the future TikTok; using Iphones and associated technology - preferably experienced using IMovies or similar and have a portfolio of experience to share.
  • Help create and develop strategies to make engaging content and can be creative with photography and editing photos to attract new and existing prospects
  • Write captivating content  - copywriting experience a plus!
  • Up-to-date on trends in both traditional and digital marketing techniques, being able to schedule videos and reels so ensure the marketing program is on point at all times.
  • Organised and focused - able to manage time effectively.
  • UK Driving licence a bonus - must have no more than 3 points!
