Marketing Executive

• Annual Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

• Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days at home, 2 days in the office)

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic publishing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with at least 3 years of experience. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, strategic, and eager to drive our marketing efforts forward. Being a driver is ideal due to the office location.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive revenue.
• Manage and execute events, such as book launches and author signings.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Maintain a strong brand presence across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and design.

• A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A valid driver’s license is ideal due to the office location not being close to the station.

• Competitive salary range of £35,000 to £40,000.
