Marketing Executive

My Tewkesbury based Manufacturing client is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a new role for the business where you will be able to bring new ideas to the table and grow the role organically within a progressive business. 

This role is integral to developing the company brand, expanding the customer network distribution, and enhancing customer support throughout the UK and Ireland.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both B2B and B2C environments and will suit a candidate who is happy to work more independently. 

The role is fully office-based Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. 

Day to day of the role:

• Keep business marketing materials current and reflective of product range and brand philosophy.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI technology and integrate it into marketing practices where beneficial.
• Engage with customers to ensure marketing materials align with their needs and our product evolution.
• Utilise social media platforms effectively to maximise brand exposure and positive representation.
• Analyse market information to identify product range opportunities.
• Review internal systems and provide the management team with insights for potential sales growth within the existing and prospective customer base.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience providing marketing support in both B2B and B2C settings.
• Skilled in using market research to inform product strategy development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn bespoke company software.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a multicultural work environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and approachably at all business levels.
