Our client, a rapidly expanding company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Executive to join their team in Horsham. This is an exciting start-up role designed to help develop the company's brand and create a strong market presence, whilst contributing to a sustainable future.
Please note this is a fully office-based role and own transport is required due to their location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage engaging content for the company website and social media platforms.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Use Google Analytics to track and analyse market trends and campaign performance, optimising efforts for maximum impact.
  • Conduct research on competitors to identify opportunities for brand development and differentiation.
  • Create compelling marketing literature e.g. brochures, posters, and online content that effectively communicates the brand's message.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a start-up environment within marketing is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proactive and creative with a strong desire to learn and innovate.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
