Marketing Executive

This role is a great example of an 'all-rounder’ Marketing Executive position, with clear progression plans. You’ll be working alongside the Head of Marketing who will be a great support for training and development.

Working for a well-established recruitment company, this business is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their in-house team, playing a vital role in delivering strategic B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, that support long-term business plans and candidate attraction targets.

Location: Nottingham city centre - 2 days in the office per week

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Ensure marketing efforts align with the business plan, adhering to budget constraints
• Enhance the company website, focusing on SEO
• Create engaging content
• Review and refine communications to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
• Maintain consistent professional branding across all collateral
• Handle marketing queries and contribute to data management, ensuring compliance with data protection laws
• Measure and report on ROI for marketing activities

ABOUT YOU

• Enthusiastic and engaging approach
• Confidence working independently
• Experience in both online and offline marketing
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong design sense and creative flair
• Excellent attention to detail in copywriting and proofreading
• Experience in social media management
• Hands-on experience with design tools e.g. Adobe and Canva
• Familiarity with managing website updates through CRM systems
