We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our team on a full time permanent basis at our head office in Pembridge, Herefordshire, with the opportunity for hybrid working.

As our Marketing Executive you will be creating, delivering and implementing marketing campaigns, insight and PR to support the customer journey. You will play an active role in the high-performing department by providing ideas for best practice and keeping abreast of all legislation and regulations.  

Responsibilities of our Marketing Executive

Customer acquisition and retention

  • Assist in the execution of high quality marketing campaigns designed to acquire, nurture and retain our key customer segments. 
  • Brief external agencies to deliver campaign activity against brief 
  • Support activities to deliver the best possible experience for our customers, existing and new.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Ensure that the Kingspan Corporate Identity is adhered to and the brand values are amplified where appropriate.
  • Assist with the marketing planning process and activity monitoring
  • Engage with Customer Experience activities and promote internally
  • Ensure that marketing materials are accurate and follow the formal sign off process.

Responsibilities and deliverables

  • Provide marketing administration support including the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget.
  • Manage the implementation of compliance activities with customer partners.
  • Work with the Commercial and Technical teams to obtain buy in for campaigns and to obtain information to devise, prepare and produce campaign activity and content. 
  • Understand, interpret and reproduce,  building materials, sustainability and in practice application content effectively. 
  • Coordinate campaign activity with the digital marketing team including website updates, social media activity, blog posts 
  • Coordinate event activity and lead generation activity at events.

What we are looking for in our Marketing Executive

You will have:

  • A degree or equivalent level qualification 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills 
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to successfully multi task
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills
  • Market focused, with the ability to influence and engage with peers and build effective relationships
  • Self-reliant, good problem solver, attention to detail & results oriented 
  • Self-motivated with an ability to thrive under pressure 
  • Flexible, collaborative and proactive, 
  • Committed to continuous self-development and learning within the marketing field

Whilst not essential, the following would be of benefit:

  • A recognised professional qualification in marketing would be a distinct advantage 
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • A working knowledge of the key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels, techniques, measurement and analytics tools
  • Ability to travel within the UK
