Have you ever thought about working for a Charity. Our client has a strong focus on growth and is self-funded through a range of income streams selling ethical and sustainable giftware directly to consumers and over 600 trade partners using a B2B and B2C Shopify Websites. It is an exciting time to join the team in a newly created role working directly with an experienced Marketing Manager with tremendous knowledge to share.

If you have got B2C e-commerce marketing experience and have managed Shopify or similar web platform this could be the role for you. Critically, you will sound experience of writing content for all digital channels and executing campaigns to raise the brand profile and drive traffic to the e-commerce websites.

This job will offer you the chance to build on existing experience, to try new things, and develop skills in new channels.

What the Digital Marketing Executive will be doing:

  • Managing and optimising 2 Shopify eCommerce websites (B2C and B2B).
  • Updating product information and imagery and supporting launch of new products twice a year.
  • Support in design and delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Content writing for websites, e-campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party agency to create compelling and visually appealing digital assets and brand asset libraries
  • Regularly monitor and analyse the performance of the website and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media platforms and engage with followers to build brand loyalty
  • Identify and implement possibilities for SEO growth.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to execute digital marketing initiatives (SEO, PPC)
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Attend and work at trade shows as and when required supporting the Trade Sales Team

What Skills & Experience the Digital Marketing Executivewill have

  • 12--24 months B2C e-commerce marketing experience including use of Shopify or similar web platform.
  • Proven experience in all key elements of digital marketing and executing B2C marketing campaigns which increase brand awareness and drive traffic to website.
  • Genuine interest working for an ethical and sustainable business in the charity sector.
  • Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) essential and email campaign tools eg Mailchimp, Klavvio or similar
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Experience using Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong creative outlook, with excellent presentation skills. Working knowledge of Adobe Suite or Canva.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience of building social media plans and delivering.
  • Experience setting up and managing Google and Meta adverts a plus
