Reed Marketing are supporting an SME specialist manufacturing business based in Aylesbury to recruit a marketing executive as the marketing team grows!

This business have a mix of B2B and B2C channels and trade via distributors and directly via ecommerce channels.

They are now seeking a marketing executive who is looking to support heavily on content creation to support their website and app development, whilst also supporting across SEO, social media and digital marketing.

The role -

  • Develop high-quality content across various channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, product descriptions, and more.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
  • Optimise content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive website traffic.
  • Track and analyse content performance to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Utilise tools like Canva or Adobe to produce visually compelling assets optimised for social media.

Social Media Management:

  • Management of multiple social channels including Symphony Coatings as well as our ecommerce businesses
  • Oversee all social media channels catering to both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Understand the nuances of each platform and tailor content distribution accordingly.
  • Forge partnerships with influencers and leverage these collaborations for maximum impact.
  • Proactively engage with potential customers to drive traffic to our website and sales team.

To be considered for this role you will have some previous experience within content creation and perhaps broader areas in marketing.

This role can be part time for the equivalent of art least 3 days per week.
