The Opportunity
This is a leadership-track role, not an implementer position. You’ll be responsible for driving traffic growth and marketing performance across our client portfolio, managing both people and platforms.
Your mission is to bring structure, strategy, and growth to all marketing channels, while removing the CEO from day-to-day involvement. You’ll become the strategic lead for platform growth, campaign direction, and client-facing marketing strategy — as well as the key figure overseeing the delivery of weekly content, reporting, and experimentation across traffic sources.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and is looking to build and lead a core function inside a fast-scaling agency.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a strategic thinker with the ability to plan, manage, and execute. You understand what drives attention and traffic, and you know how to build systems that scale. You’ve likely worked in an agency or creator-led business before, and you're confident leading both people and projects.
You’ll need to be comfortable working across platforms, managing remote team members, and speaking directly with clients. You know how to translate a marketing vision into a weekly system — and how to hold others accountable to it.
You’ll bring a mix of creativity, operational focus, and performance accountability.
