About the Role:As the Marketing Manager, you will spearhead our marketing team, crafting strategies to generate leads and foster meaningful customer engagement across the home decor and lighting sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction to Marketing, Graphics, and Photography teams.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with external agencies and partners.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the production of primary catalogues and sub-brands, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Manage the corporate website and E-commerce platform, ensuring visual appeal and timely product updates.
  • Lead marketing efforts within CRM, driving customer engagement and retention.
  • Create and execute campaigns and promotions, analyzing results and adapting strategies as needed.
  • Supervise the design and production of promotional materials for various purposes.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a company specializing in home decor, lighting, textiles, outdoor furniture, or fashion.
  • Strong understanding of critical paths and catalogue management.
  • Experience integrating AI technology to enhance creativity and design processes.
  • Proven track record in executing digital and print catalogues.
  • Proficiency in managing E-commerce platforms and CRM systems.
