An excellent opportunity for a Channel Marketing Manager to join a successful AI company in london

You will own channels such as email marketing, organic social/community, SEO, and webinars. The ideal candidate will be proficient in HubSpot and strong in reporting and data analysis.

The candidate should be flexible to start with a paid trial of 2-3 weeks and then a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage campaigns, segment audiences, and analyses performance.
  • Organic Social Media: Build and manage content for Reddit and LinkedIn to drive engagement/community.
  • SEO: Implement strategies to improve search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Webinars: Plan, promote, and execute webinars, analyze performance, and optimize events.
  • HubSpot Management: Use HubSpot for campaign management, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Reporting: Monitor marketing channels, analyze data, and present insights.
  • Campaign Execution: Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns, ensuring alignment across all channels.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing and Design teams to align messaging and develop high-performing creative.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and optimize campaign performance, and communicate results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or show us why it shouldn’t matter.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a marketing IC or similar role.
  • Proficient in HubSpot and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong skills in email marketing, social media, SEO, and webinars.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Strong async communication and clear project management principles.
  • Experience with paid media campaigns and organic growth strategies.
  • Experience/comfort in a multinational startup.

Culture fit:

  • This is an onsite role in our London office, UK .
  • The work requires working closely with the team in US, and hence you should be okay to start late and end late to get more overlap with US.
  • Ability to work harder, longer, and smarter.
