About the Role:

Are you an experienced Marketing Manager with a passion for driving brand success? Join our client, a well-established, family-run SME based in Northern Ireland and take charge of all marketing activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals and brand positioning.
  • Market Analysis: Identify target audiences, market trends, and industry best practices to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Website Management: Enhance the company’s website to ensure it is user-friendly, SEO optimized, and updated with accurate product data and engaging content.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media plans across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram to foster engagement and build a strong online community.
  • Content Creation: Create and curate compelling content, including posts, articles, videos, and graphics that resonate with our target audience.
  • Lead Content Creation: Oversee the production of blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and printed materials to educate customers and showcase our products.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven improvements.
  • Web Analytics: Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Proven track record within B2B product-based marketing.
  • Essential digital marketing experience.
