About the Company

We’re on the lookout for a Recruitment Marketing Manager to join a fantastic business!

This is a brand new role to the business and the Recruitment Marketing Manager will manage a team of two Marketing Executives and will play an integral part in driving the business forward!

This role is based in London however the successful candidate will have regional ownership across various sectors of the business, working with multiple clients demands and translating them into actionable marketing plans.

Marketing Manager (Recruitment) - Requirements & Responsibilities

• MUST HAVE MARKETING EXPERIENCE
• Must have acquisition and retention experience
• Will travel to regional sites (at least quarterly) to build and develop business relationships
• Must have experience working with multiple clients across various campaigns
• Will deliver impactful results whilst guiding and supporting team
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as email, app, affiliate, social media
• Will work closely with central marketing teams to launch various campaigns when needed
• Will work closely with the strategy team to report ROI
• Driven by data and analytics with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong understanding of offline marketing channels including events
• Must be a team player with strong communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment
• A positive attitude is a must!
