Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Birmingham (South) Office based
Salary: Up to £45,000

We are in search of a driven Marketing Manager to join our clients based in Birmingham that are in the Legal industry.  This is an amazing opportunity to join and award winning Legal firm and lead their Marketing function.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the implementation of all marketing activities.
  • Execute events, marketing communications, and online presence across various digital platforms and social media, including pay-per-click advertising.
  • Challenge conventional marketing approaches and embrace innovative technology-driven strategies.
  • Develop and oversee a budget, monitoring monthly spend and identifying potential areas of under/overspend.
  • Collect data, generate reports, and conduct analytics to derive actionable insights.
  • Coordinate Legal 500 submissions.
  • Manage website content and functionality.
  • Assist in solicitor reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Proficient in event coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated individual committed to providing exceptional client service.
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
  • Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • 1-hour lunch break (37 hours per week)
